Bio

Benjamin Khoubian is the founder and CEO of BK Land Use Co. Mr. Khoubian comes from a real estate family and has a deep passion for understanding and analyzing how urban areas grow. Mr. Khoubian’s career first began as an intern in his family’s office, which specializes in the acquisition and development of commercial properties throughout Los Angeles. Upon graduation from high school, Mr. Khoubian began shadowing a broker with BRC Advisors, gaining valuable experience on customer service and experience. While attending UC San Diego, Mr. Khoubian worked as a Project and Operations Manager for Cannabis Real Estate Consultants/WeCann. In his three year tenure, he oversaw the creation of the Real Estate Expansion program which yielded over ten transactions throughout California; consulted over 200 clients on their goals of acquiring and operating a commercial cannabis business; and consulted on over 20 transactions nationwide.

In November 2022, Mr. Khoubian began his independent consulting firm with the primary goal of assisting clients to find the highest and best use for their property.

Benjamin is a graduate of UC San Diego and spends his free time with his family, playing piano, and is an avid horologist.
